MAQNIFY Guide
Heimatverein March e.V.
To design and create a digital tour with an audio guide
August to December 2021
Situated in the southern Upper Rhine plain, the listed park in the style of an English landscape park is now considered one of the most beautiful English gardens in southern Germany. With almost 5 hectares that are freely accessible to visitors, there is plenty to discover in Hugstetten's English Garden.
MAQNIFY was commissioned to design a digital tour with an audio guide through the park to expand the English Garden's tourist offer. The project was realised together with Armin Keller, who is responsible for the English Garden and a member of the March local history association.
From now on, guests can explore the English Garden at their own pace at a total of 9 stations and learn exciting background knowledge. The audio guide takes you on an entertaining journey through the history of the park and past historic buildings.
To make it easy for visitors to access the digital circular trail, the March local history association independently designed QR code boards for all stations and attached them to the individual stations. The QR codes lead directly to the digital circular route.
