Development of a knowledge platform for the Hesse tourism industry

HA Hessen Agentur GmbH commissioned TourComm 2021 to create a knowledge platform for service providers in Hesse. This was to be directly linked to the tourism network. The knowledge platform was to emphasise the importance of international tourism for the federal state of Hesse. The platform should also include an interactive customer journey for international guests. Overall, information on the countries of origin of the relevant guests, tips on marketing measures and assistance with learning English should be made available.
This feature, developed by TourComm, sends users English words or word groups with translation suggestions at predefined intervals. The user has to decide on the correct solution and can compare himself with other players from the different regions of Hessen.
This feature developed by TourComm enables restaurateurs in Hesse to translate their own menus quickly and easily. The text is copied into a field provided for this purpose, clicked on "Translate" and the equivalent in British English is copied again.
