Promotion of the most beautiful hiking trails to German visitors
2016 to 2019
TourComm acts as the office of the marketing cooperation for PremiumWanderWelten and supports it in marketing the German source market. The eight regions across Germany offer hiking experiences for every taste on around 200 premium circular hiking trails certified by the German Hiking Institute.
The aim of the cooperation is to sustainably increase the number of overnight and conference guests in the individual PremiumWanderRegions by optimising the use of the cooperation's budget.
TourComm was initially commissioned to review and reorganise the existing marketing strategy. The basis for this was a workshop accompanied by TourComm. The concept proposal developed following the workshop included a detailed offer and target group analysis, a source market analysis and the evaluation of previous marketing measures.
After developing a marketing strategy, TourComm also takes over the marketing office and the press office of PremiumWanderWelten.
When planning trade fairs, TourComm always looks for new ideas to increase interaction with visitors. For the ABF Hannover, a photo box was integrated into the stand concept. In addition to inspiration for new routes, interested visitors also received their first holiday photo.
As part of the marketing strategy, TourComm created a brand manual that serves as a guideline for integrating the co-operation into the nine partners' own corporate communications.
TourComm also acts as the press office for PremiumWanderWelten. We emphasise the all-round package: press kit, press room on the website, monthly press releases and online press monitoring to evaluate the measures.
